Preserve the controlled product reference, intended presentation and previously approved commercial context where they truly remain unchanged.

List the new edition

Quantity, destination, label, timing, acceptance criteria and regulatory expectations may change. Write them as explicit revisions rather than burying them in email history.

Re-open applicable evidence

A prior document may explain format or history, but the current lot still needs its own applicable review when lot conclusions matter.
